Park Everywhere roof top tents are shipped via freight, and we charge a flat fee of $150 Canada wide.
You may cancel your RTT order at any time before it has shipped and get a full refund, minus a $50 cancellation charge.
If you would like to cancel, please visit our Contact Page for us to proceed with a refund. Please note that it may take up to 10 days for the refund to appear in your bank account.
Due to the difficulty and cost of transporting an item the size of an RTT, no returns will be given after your RTT has been shipped or picked up.
If you cancel your RTT order while it is out for shipment you will incur a 15% deduction from your refund to cover shipping charges and a restocking fee associated with the late cancellation.
If you require an address change after you have received a shipment confirmation email you will be responsible for any reconsignment fees and/or holding fees that your freight incurs with an en route address change.
1. Most hood solar panels are made to order. However, some of popular car models are in stock as we order it more than we need.
If we have it in-stock, it will take approximately 7-14 days delivery.
2. All solar panel system will be ship within 1-2 working days after payment has been verified by merchant.
But if we don't have it in-stock, please allow 14-21 business days delivery.
3. We do not ship goods on the weekend. Our warehouse don't accept local collections!

All items except merchandize requires signature upon delivery.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@parkeverywhere.ca. If your return is accepted, we'll notify you via email, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like rooftop tents due to its size unless it is damaged upon arrival. Please open and inspect the package and let the delivery courier wait until you are certain that no physical damage has been noted. If it's damaged, please don't accept the item and let the courier take it back. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Refunds are only applicable to items that are on retail price, unused and unworn within 30-days of delivery.
